Q: If I change my residential address, would I still be able to use your services?
A: As long as your new address of residence is within the London M25 area we will be able to continue providing cleaning services to your household.

Q: What happens if my regular cleaner is unable to attend?
A: Emmuton Cleaning Service strives to deliver excellent service; we will provide you with a replacement cleaner and do our best to keep the time of our initial arrangement.

Q: Can I book a cleaner at the weekend?
A: We offer cleaning services 7 days a week, and as long as the booking is made within the hours 8am-6pm a weekend appointment will be treated as a regular cleaning service.

Q: How do you calculate your charges?
